Chiropractic Care Q & A
What is chiropractic care?
Chiropractic is a health care profession that focuses on disorders of the musculoskeletal system, its relationship to the nervous system, and the effects of these disorders have on general health. Chiropractic care is based on the philosophy that inflammation, pain, and illness are caused by misalignment(s) within the spine – which Chiropractors call subluxations. The chiropractic adjustment restores normal motion to those segments by realigning the spine and other joints in the body – allowing optimal nervous system function.
